Investor Charter
As per the provisions of the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-II CIS/P/CIR/2021/0686 dated December 13, 2021 (the “Circular”), all registered Investment Advisers are required to disclose the Investor Charter, as provided in the Circular, to their clients on their registered e-mail. The Investor Charter includes details of services provided to the clients, their rights, dos and don’ts, responsibilities, details of grievance redressal mechanism, and certain responsibilities of the clients while dealing with the Investment Advisers.
